Chelsea Odufu is a Nigerian-Guyanese-American visual artist and filmmaker whose work bridges African spiritual traditions, speculative futures, and contemporary culture. Working across sculpture, film, photography, and couture design, her practice reimagines Black identity through a lens of regality, resistance, and reverence. Based between New York and Abidjan, Odufu draws from diasporic memory, mythology, and modernity to create immersive worlds that are both grounded and celestial. Her work has been exhibited internationally, including at Christie's, Photo London, Los Angeles Contemporary Museum and the Dakar Biennale.

When she's not creating visual art, Chelsea directs brand campaigns for clients like Chanel, Chase Sapphire, Bose, and Dr. Martens. She is also the co-founder of Tech Afrique, a platform amplifying African innovation, and Astheria Hats, a couture label blending elegance with Afro-futuristic flair.
